We are looking for a Senior Reddit Growth Strategist (Organic Growth & AI Search) to join our team in a Remote capacity. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of building authentic brand presence, growing communities, and earning visibility in Google and AI search.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Reddit strategy for online.jobs, focusing on organic growth and community engagement.
- Identify and engage with relevant subreddits and content opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage reputation and account health by adhering to Reddit's moderation rules and community guidelines.
- Measure and analyze traffic, engagement, and brand mentions to inform strategy adjustments and optimize performance.
