Job Overview

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Lead Qualifier / Appointment Setter to help IberiaBridge open commercial conversations with SMEs in Spain.


IberiaBridge helps small and medium-sized businesses avoid losing commercial opportunities due to poor response, lack of follow-up, scattered contacts and weak commercial structure.


This is not a closing role.


But this is also not a simple data entry role.


We need someone who can do real B2B pre-sales work: research companies, validate if they fit our ICP, prepare written outreach, contact prospects, follow up, qualify interest and register all activity in a tracker.


The goal is to generate qualified opportunities for a free diagnosis call.


Main tasks:


- Research companies in Spain.

- Validate if they fit our target profile.

- Find real contact channels.

- Register leads correctly in a tracker.

- Prepare short and relevant outreach messages.

- Send first contacts.

- Follow up consistently.

- Qualify replies and interest.

- Register every action clearly.

- Pass qualified opportunities with context.


Target companies:


We are mainly focused on SMEs such as:


- renovation companies;

- small and medium construction companies;

- technical services;

- maintenance companies;

- HVAC / air conditioning;

- plumbing;

- electricians;

- windows / doors / metalwork;

- local real estate agencies;

- companies that work by quotation and receive contacts through website, phone, forms or direct messages.


We are not targeting large corporations, big construction groups, generic agencies or companies where the decision process is too slow.


Productivity expectation:


After a short onboarding period, we expect approximately the following for each 2-hour work block:


- 20 to 30 companies researched;

- 10 to 20 valid leads registered;

- 10 to 15 real first contacts sent;

- tracker fully updated;

- next action defined;

- evidence or verifiable note for each contact.


Quality matters, but volume also matters.


We are not looking for someone who only adds company names to a spreadsheet. We need real commercial activity.


Every working hour must be supported by:


- companies researched;

- valid leads registered;

- contacts sent;

- follow-up actions;

- next actions;

- evidence or notes of activity.


If the work is not registered in the tracker, it will not be considered valid.


Ideal profile:


- Native or fluent Spanish speaker.

- Experience in B2B prospecting, appointment setting or lead qualification.

- Strong written communication.

- Comfortable working with a tracker or CRM.

- Organized and disciplined.

- Able to follow a process.

- Able to work with volume without sending generic spam.

- Good judgment to identify relevant companies.

- Comfortable with daily reporting.


Trial structure:


We will start with a paid trial.


- Trial duration: 1 to 2 weeks

- Workload: 3 to 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

- Hourly contract

- Initial rate: depending on experience

- If results are good, we can continue long term


Daily report required:


At the end of each workday, we expect a short report with:


1. hours worked;

2. companies researched;

3. valid leads registered;

4. contacts sent;

5. replies received;

6. follow-ups completed;

7. next actions;

8. blockers or questions.
