What You'll Do
- Utilize Aplikasi Talenta for HR management tasks.
- Oversee the salary to payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Operate BPJS Kesehatan (E-Dabu) for health insurance management.
- Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP) for employment insurance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and improve employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in HR management, particularly with salary and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in using Aplikasi Talenta for HR functions.
- Familiarity with BPJS Kesehatan (E-Dabu) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (SIPP) systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
