We run online fashion stores for Dutch-speaking customers (Netherlands and Belgium) and are looking for an experienced supply chain manager who makes our products, packaging and delivery better, so our customers get a better experience.
You do not need to speak Dutch. All communication with our team and supplier is in English.
What you'll do:
- Manage our stock so we always have enough of our best products
- Develop white label products with our supplier
- Develop custom packaging for our brands
- Improve product quality
- Shorten the processing time of our stocked products
- Log all your data and progress in our sheet
What we expect:
- You work proactively and come with ideas, not only tasks
- You keep our sheet up to date so we always know the status
- You do not approve purchases or payments. You research, compare and propose; decisions stay with the owner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce supply chain, sourcing or product development. You must be able to show proof.
- Strong written English
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
- Experience with Chinese suppliers or agents is a big plus
- Experience with white label products or custom packaging is a big plus
- Fashion or clothing experience is a plus
- Calm, detail-oriented, follows rules
