Job Overview

Virtual Assistant Wanted | Ten Eleven London

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for an experienced and organised Virtual Assistant to help with the day to day running of my photobooth and events business, Ten Eleven London.

As the business continues to grow, I'm looking for someone proactive who can help take some of the admin and marketing off my hands.

Tasks would include:

  • Managing emails and responding to client enquiries
  • Following up on quotes and potential bookings
  • Managing and improving workflows within Studio Ninja
  • Keeping track of bookings, payments and client deadlines
  • Email marketing, including creating campaigns, newsletters and follow ups
  • Helping with event coordination and general admin
  • Occasional social media support and content scheduling

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is already an expert in Studio Ninja, including automations, workflows, questionnaires and client management, rather than someone who would need training on the platform.

Experience with email marketing and supporting a small business is also important. A background in the events or wedding industry would be a bonus.

The role would be remote and part time initially, with flexible hours and the potential for more work as the business grows.

If you're interested, please send me a message with a little about your experience, particularly with Studio Ninja and email marketing, along with your hourly rate and availability.

Thanks so much!
