Virtual Assistant for a Wellness & Longevity Medical Practice - Remote
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant for a Wellness & Longevity Medical Practice to join our team remotely. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our prospective patients by providing information about our services and guiding them through the appointment booking process.
What You'll Do
- Answer phone calls and respond to Instagram messages and patient inquiries.
- Explain our wellness and longevity programs, services, and appointment processes to prospective patients.
- Follow up with interested patients to assist them in booking appointments.
- Maintain organized records of patient interactions and inquiries.
- Utilize EMR systems, including Practice Better EMR, Fullscript, and Spruce, for effective communication and patient management.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the patient journey.
What You Bring
- Previous virtual assistant experience in a wellness or longevity healthcare practice is required.
- Familiarity with wellness and longevity programs and related services.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to guide prospective patients from their initial inquiry through to booking an appointment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media management, particularly on Instagram.
- Knowledge of additional healthcare-related software or tools.
