We are seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant for Referral Outreach and Social Media to join our team at a men's structured living residence in Indianapolis. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our outreach efforts and managing our social media presence.
What You'll Do
- Send outreach emails to referral partners to promote our services.
- Track follow-ups and maintain organized records in Google Sheets.
- Schedule and manage social media posts using Canva.
- Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts and social media engagement.
What You Bring
- Strong written English skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Experience using Gmail for communication and outreach.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and organizing information.
- Familiarity with Canva for creating visually appealing social media content.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
