A Day in the Life

As a Sales Support Specialist, your day begins with reviewing incoming sales leads and prioritizing follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed. You’ll engage with clients, answering their queries and providing them with information about our products and services. Throughout the day, you’ll process requests efficiently, coordinating with our installation team to ensure timely execution. You'll also participate in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with your colleagues to enhance our service delivery. As you build relationships with clients, your positive attitude and proactive approach will contribute to a happy and productive team culture.
