We are seeking motivated recruiters who can help identify and connect with U.S. residents interested in long-term remote AI training opportunities.
Our AI training positions offer monthly compensation of $4,500–$5,000 and welcome candidates from different professional backgrounds, including office workers, drivers, freelancers, service industry employees, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates residing in the United States.
- Reach candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, community networks, job boards, and other appropriate channels.
- Explain our remote AI training opportunities and application requirements.
- Connect interested candidates with IUNGO Technology through our official website.
- Maintain professional communication with potential applicants.
- Track candidate referrals and assist with the recruitment process.
- Build a consistent pipeline of interested U.S.-based candidates.
Requirements
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with people from diverse professional backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of online recruiting and candidate outreach.
- Experience with social media, online communities, or recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage candidate communications.
- Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
