Aira Mercedes M. is a student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at Emilio Aguinaldo College - Cavite, where she has earned recognition as both a Dean's Lister and an Academic Scholar. With internship experience at JNA Travel & Tours, Aira M. has developed hands-on knowledge in the tourism and hospitality industry, particularly in tasks such as quotation preparation, itinerary planning, and front office services. Her educational background is complemented by specialized training in air ticketing through certification from First In Technology Academy and participation in TESDA-certified programs. She also brings additional capabilities in creative design using Canva and has strengthened her communication skills through courses with the Wadhwani Skills Foundation.
