AJ B. is a dedicated professional with demonstrated expertise in customer service and property management. With over two years of experience as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, AJ refined his skills in handling communication with individuals under various emotional circumstances. As a District Leader and later a Zone Leader, he organized training sessions for up to 30 full-time missionaries, enhancing his leadership and teaching capabilities. Venturing into virtual services, AJ excelled in property management, data entry, invoice indexing, and bookkeeping using tools like AppFolio Property Manager. He also engaged in a customer service role at Alorica, where he managed inquiries, orders, and technical support. AJ holds a B.S. in Information Technology from AMA University and ABE International Business College and graduated with honors from Donsol National Comprehensive High School in the STEM strand.
