S. Boopalan is an accomplished chemist with a depth of experience in both academic and industry settings. He has conducted extensive research as a Junior Research Fellow on a DST-SERB (EMR) sponsored project at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, focusing on the synthesis and structure-property relationship studies of cobaloximes for electrocatalytic hydrogen generation. During his tenure at NIAGARA AQUA FARMS, he honed his skills as a Quality Controller and Production Manager in water treatment, demonstrating his ability to manage production and ensure quality compliance. Boopalan also gained valuable insight into functional and technical processes during his institutional training at Agni Steels Private Limited. His research expertise includes crystallization and crystal growth, with proficiency in utilizing ORTEP and DIAMOND for molecular structure determination. He is also experienced in electrochemical analysis using Varsastudio software and ZSimpWin. Boopalan is actively pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at Karunya Institute, furthering his research in bioorganometallic chemistry and the electrochemical kinetics of hydrogen production.
