Busisiwe S. is a customer-focused professional with a solid foundation in both educational and sales environments. She is currently pursuing a BSc in Biotechnology at the University of the Western Cape. In her role as a UWC Life Science Tutor, from February 2023 to November 2024, she assisted first-year dentistry and Life Science students with practical sessions, showcasing her ability to communicate effectively and engage with learners. Subsequently, she gained valuable industry experience as a Transactional Sales Intern at Chemetrix Export from May 2025 to May 2026. In this role, Busisiwe supported sales-related activities, including assisting with quotations, liaising with clients, and providing administrative support to the sales team, which honed her skills in customer service and teamwork. Busisiwe's experience and training reflect her strong capabilities in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
