Chaela D.

Chaela D. is a second-year Bachelor of Science in Geography student at the University of the Philippines Diliman with hands-on experience across community outreach, event coordination, and digital media design. Active within student organizations, Chaela has contributed to disaster preparedness, education, and youth engagement initiatives. Notably, she served as Marketing Director for the UP Geography Society, where she led sponsorship outreach, managed partnership communications with corporations, NGOs, government offices, and media, and supported nationwide event marketing and publicity for the Philippine Geography Olympiad. Chaela has also acted as Secretary for the Council of Student Organizations – Performing Arts District, overseeing documentation and internal communications, and as Manpower Co-Head for the STEM Project Committee, coordinating logistics for project activities. In addition, she works as a freelance graphic designer, creating YouTube thumbnails and visual assets for online content creators. Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects, Chaela’s work demonstrates strength in publicity, project coordination, and digital communications within academic and youth-centered environments.
