She is eager to contribute positively to legal and administrative support roles in a professional setting. Her education includes specialized certification in advocate professional education, highlighting skills in contract drafting and analysis, legal opinion, due diligence, advocacy, negotiation, dispute resolution, and adherence to the Indonesian advocates' code of ethics. Cynthia's organizational experience includes her role at Persemu, Universitas Jayabaya's Faculty of Law, where she provided practical experience in applying legal theory, conducting thorough legal research, composing legal documents, and simulating trials. Currently, she contributes as a member of Majelis NasionalKAHMI, focusing on democracy, political education, and policy recommendations related to women's protection, gender equality, and children's rights.
