Emma T. is a Master's student at Ghent University majoring in Personnel Management and Industrial Psychology. She has cultivated her skills in leadership and transformation through her academic journey and diverse student jobs. Emma has a robust foundation in organizational and analytical abilities, honed by her active involvement as a Leader at KSA Ambroos, where she coordinated projects and managed communications with children, parents, and external partners. Her role in Flexible Staff at Huis Van Wonterghem and Colruyt further strengthened her in customer service and teamwork. Her technical proficiency in R, SPSS, and Excel underpins her data analysis and reporting skills. Emma speaks Dutch fluently, is proficient in English, and has basic knowledge of French. She also expanded her expertise through an Erasmus+ exchange in Work & Organizational Psychology at the University of Bologna.
