Erin Joy F. R. is a dedicated professional with a background in clerical assistance and a strong foundation in accountancy and business management. Having graduated with honors from Morong National Senior High School's Accountancy, Business, and Management strand, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, majoring in Microbiology, at the University of Rizal System. Erin developed a keen eye for detail and gained valuable administrative experience during her work immersion at the Land Transportation Office (LTO), where she verified driver’s license application forms and organized documentation for processing. Her experience there honed her skills in communication and cash handling. Erin aspires to apply her expertise as a customer service representative to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to team success in a dynamic environment.
