Heartlynjie E. is an aspiring food technologist with a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Central Mindanao University, expected to complete the degree in 2026. With a foundational understanding of the food industry, she has developed basic laboratory skills and a basic knowledge of food processing. Her academic career is complemented by attendance at several seminars focusing on innovative research and laboratory safety, as well as food safety protocols. During a two-month stint at Miesto International Food Corporation, she honed her ability to evaluate sensory aspects of food products and improve her proficiency in utilizing Microsoft applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to document and present her findings. Her education has provided her the essential skills required for future roles in the food technology sector.
