Jade M. is a BS Information Technology student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines-San Pedro, graduating in 2025. Jade’s recent experience includes roles as a Loan Officer at ARB Call Facilities in the life insurance industry, where responsibilities focused on conducting outbound calls with US-based clients, and as a Customer Support Specialist at PartnerHero in Taguig, addressing client inquiries in life insurance and managing delivery and storage management support through emails and live chat for students. Earlier, Jade worked as a service crew member at Jollibee GMA, handling opening preparations and cooking, and as an all-around staff at Fooboo Ph, promoting services, managing reservations, serving, and mixing cocktails. Jade is adept in basic computer programs and applications and brings teamwork and productivity in diverse service and support roles.
