Jairo M. is a driven Hospitality Management student from Ema Emits College Philippines, with practical experience in the hospitality and food service industries. His background includes part-time work as a Service Crew member at a fast food restaurant (2023–2024) and the completion of 600 hours of OJT at Calypso Beach and Dive Resort in Boracay (2025–2026), where he developed expertise in customer service, front office operations, and event coordination. Jairo has enhanced his foundational skills through Service Crew Training at Jollibee and regular participation in leadership training events. Recognized as a Consistent Honor Student and Fast Learner Crew, he has also demonstrated proficiency in English, passing the IELTS and EPT exams with excellence in reading and listening.
