He served as a Technical Support Representative and Customer Service Representative/Claims Specialist at Buwelo an ExactSar Company, supporting dental software for dental practices and managing claim status support within the healthcare industry. Facing technical issues, he provided basic troubleshooting, assisted with configuration, handled software installations, and maintained backups. In customer service, he used client tools for medical claims, obtained insurance information, verified patient eligibility, and acquired medical records for insurance submissions.
