Lloyd A. D. Almeria is a seasoned Project Development Officer with a robust background in accounting and finance, having accumulated extensive experience in both the private and government sectors. At DSWD Field Office VIII, Lloyd has served as a Project Development Officer II since 2022, following a role as an Administrative Aide IV where he honed his skills in budget monitoring, procurement processes, and compliance with policies and regulations. Prior to his government service, he worked at G Cross Systems and Process Inc. as a Junior Accounting System Implementer, where he was involved in the implementation of accounting systems. Lloyd possesses strong financial analysis and financial planning skills, adept at budget preparation and formulation, and excels in ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology and is pursuing a Master of Public Management from the University of the Philippines Tacloban, further solidifying his expertise in public sector financial management.
