Soniah M. has practical experience in the hospitality and manufacturing sectors, having worked as a Bartender/Manager at Vic's Cafe, where she managed daily operations, supervised staff, oversaw stock control, handled supplier ordering, and performed cash balancing. Her manufacturing experience includes roles at Metaplast and Heineken Sedibeng Brewery, supporting production as a General Worker and serving as a Data Capture/Packaging Administrator. At Heineken, she captured and maintained production, inventory, and maintenance data using SAP EPR, performed goods movements, stock control, and collaborated with Safety & Quality departments. As Junior Controller at Liquor Runners, Soniah monitored daily stock counts, performed stock reconciliation, and supported dispatch operations.
