Meshell Gem R. is a graduate of Bohol Island State University with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, majoring in Travel & Tours. With a background rooted in the tourism and events management industries, she holds NCII certification in Front Office Services and NCIII in Events Management. Her training includes participation in the Youth Tourism Congress at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Cebu, the Pasundayag sa Bohol event at BQ Mall in Tagbilaran City, and specialized workshops such as the DPWH's Regional Public Affairs and Planning Workshop.
