Michelle is a Hospitality Management student at Notre Dame of Midsayap College with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. She completed 300 hours of On The Job Training at Pinnacle Hotel and Suites Davao, where she gained exposure to hotel operations, and participated in a culminating activity focused on Bartending and Bar and Beverage Management. Additionally, Michelle undertook 600 hours of internship at BGC Hotel Midsayap, concentrating on Sales Management and Customer Relations. She is adapt at utilizing Google Workspace applications, Canva for content creation, and various project management tools including Monday.com and Click Up, in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
