NURULHASNAN A.

Nurulhasnan A. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the Australian Defence Force Academy. He began his career in the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), where he held various engineering positions from cadet officer to head of the technical publication department. Notably, he served as the OIC for aircraft electrical and instruments servicing, contributing significantly to the maintenance and support operations. Transitioning to academia in 2004, Nurulhasnan became a lecturer at the National Defence University Malaysia (NDUM), eventually becoming an Associate Professor. His academic contributions include supervising numerous engineering projects and serving as the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department and the Deputy Director of the Centre for Defence Research and Technology. His research focuses on aerodynamics, materials, and propulsion, reflected in his involvement in projects like the development of a prototype sniper rifle. His recognized achievements highlight his expertise in both practical and educational aspects of engineering.
