Reamae M., a Hospitality Management graduate, has developed comprehensive skills in front office operations, guest relations, and housekeeping through her academic journey and practical experiences. Her hands-on work at Caliraya Ecoville Recreation Farm and Resort involved managing customer orders, serving food and beverages, and meticulous housekeeping duties. During her internship at Astoria Plaza, she further honed her abilities in supporting check-in/check-out procedures, maintaining cleanliness standards, and engaging in supporting roles for Food and Beverage services. At Laguna State Polytechnic University Library, her role as a Student Assistant saw her efficiently assist over 200 students weekly, enhancing front desk operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, Reamae is organized, adaptable, and equipped to excel in fast-paced environments, continuously seeking growth within the hospitality industry.
