Richard S., known in his community as Toto, has had a diverse and impactful career. With a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Management from Foundation University in Dumaguete City, he has built his professional journey in the education and government sectors of the Philippines. His career began in 1996 as a Clerk Designate and Data Encoder for the Local Government Unit in Canlaon City, where he developed expertise in creating and managing official documents, processing payrolls, and maintaining computer systems. Since 2018, he has been imparting his knowledge as an ICT Teacher for Dep.Ed SDO Canlaon, where he conducts classes for Grades 11 and 12. Richard's dedication to education is evidenced by his ability to handle eight subjects a day, showcasing his comprehensive command of educational techniques and curriculum planning. He is fluent in English, Cebuano, and Ilonggo, further broadening his capacity to connect with a diverse student body.
