Sean E. S. is a South African citizen with a comprehensive background in real estate and property management. He holds a matriculated background from Boksburg High School and a BSc from WITS. Sean embarked on his professional journey in the real estate industry, steadily gaining experience and advancing to become a full-status estate agent and property manager. Over the years, Sean has developed expertise in managing significant property portfolios, handling up to 120 properties at a time, as well as excelling in rental and sales transactions. His skills include performing comparative market analysis, sourcing and pricing properties accurately, and executing property inspections to ensure quality management. Sean’s role also extends to coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to maintain open lines of communication and efficiently manage all legal and financial documentation associated with property transactions.
