Eric T. is an applied statistician and demographer with hands-on experience in data analysis, data collection, and research coordination within the education, health, and policy research sectors in Rwanda. As President and Head of Programs for the Applied Statistics Student's Association (ASSA) and Head of Programs at Self Grown Solutions, Eric has managed organizational communication, developed association concept notes, and cultivated partnerships to empower future statisticians. Volunteer work with Operation Smile Rwanda involved medical record management and descriptive data analysis in a surgical context. At the Institute of Policy Analysis and Research, he applied STATA and R programming to analyze data addressing community challenges and policy development. Eric has also worked as a Research Coordinator at the University of Rwanda, overseeing research teams, data analysis, and reporting. Certified in Python, data analysis, Excel, and research writing, he has facilitated training on statistical software and data collection tools for research professionals.
