Valentina Z., a dedicated Visual Storyteller, operates at the intersection of photography and filmmaking, based in Salta, Argentina. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from the National University of Salta, Valentina blends narrative journalism and photojournalism with a documentary and poetic approach. Familiar with the natural challenges of a competitive climber and mountaineer, she injects this unique perspective into her visual narratives. Valentina has contributed to local social movements through institutional photo coverage and mountain expedition photography. Additionally, she freelances for local brands, crafting social media content, and works with Chakana Ediciones Publishing House on creative and advertising copywriting as well as social media management. At the Faculty of Exact Sciences (UNSa), she creates engaging content, including event coverage and Reels, for the university audience, translating technical language into accessible digital narratives. Her work has been featured in productions like the “Beyond the Summit” photography project at national conferences.
