Design-Focused VA (Canva + Miro | Social Media & Content Systems)

💼 Job Description

We’re a fast-growing agency working with online education brands and YouTube creators, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Virtual Assistant to support our content production.

This role is focused on visual execution + structured thinking — not just basic VA tasks.

You’ll be responsible for turning ideas and written briefs into clean, professional Miro boards and high-quality Instagram story sequences in Canva that drive engagement and action.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

1. Miro Board Production

• Turn written briefs into clean, structured Miro boards
• Build content frameworks, visual explainers, and planning boards
• Organize information with clear hierarchy, spacing, and flow
• Maintain a consistent, professional layout style
• Make quick revisions based on feedback

2. Instagram Story Design (Canva)

• Create engaging Instagram story sequences (5–12 slides)
• Follow structured copy + flow provided by the team
• Adapt and improve existing templates
• Ensure all designs are clean, on-brand, and visually consistent
• Export correctly formatted assets (1080x1920) ready to post

3. General VA Support

• Follow simple SOPs for recurring tasks
• Check forms and reports for accuracy
• Flag missing or incomplete data to the team

✅ Who This Is Perfect For

• You have strong Canva skills and can design clean, modern content
• You are confident using Miro (frames, connectors, layouts, etc.)
• You can take a brief and execute without needing constant direction
• You have a strong eye for alignment, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• You work fast and communicate clearly
• You are comfortable working async with minimal hand-holding

🚫 This Is NOT For You If

• You rely heavily on Canva templates without customizing
• You need step-by-step instructions for every task
• You have no experience with Miro or structured visual work
• You struggle to meet deadlines or handle revisions quickly

⏱ Role Details

• Part-time / project-based (5–15 hours per week to start)
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time role
• Must have some overlap with US time zones
• Start: ASAP
