Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Roadside Assistance Dispatcher who understands the urgency and pressure of real-time dispatch operations. This is not an entry-level role. You must have prior dispatch experience, preferably in towing or roadside assistance.
This role also requires fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, as you will be assisting a diverse customer base.
You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, coordinating service providers, managing jobs, and ensuring each case is completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage high-volume inbound roadside assistance calls (Spanish & English)
- Accurately collect and document customer and vehicle details
- Dispatch jobs to the appropriate towing or roadside vendors
- Monitor ongoing jobs and proactively follow up with drivers and customers
- Resolve delays, vendor issues, and escalations in real time
- Maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Previous dispatch experience required (roadside/towing experience preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dispatch systems or CRM tools
- Familiarity with US geography and time zones
