Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Full Desk Recruiter to help expand our client base and support recruiting efforts. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and recruiting responsibilities.
Compensation
$500 performance bonus for generating your first 3 qualified client appointments within your first 30 days.
$200 to $2,000+ commission for every new customer you successfully bring to the company, based on the size and value of the account.
Unlimited earning potential for top performers.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and client relationships.
Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain client accounts.
Recruit and source candidates for client openings.
Fill positions with both U.S.-based and offshore talent.
Manage the recruiting process from client acquisition through placement.
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales, recruiting, staffing, or business development experience preferred.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
Ability to meet performance goals and work independently.
