Comp: $500/month base + $10 per booked appointment (full-time)
We're a contractor marketing agency that books exclusive, verified homeowner appointments for contractors across the U.S. We need callers with great English to join our team.
What you'll do: Call inbound leads from our ad campaigns and work through provided lead lists. Qualify homeowners by project type, timeline, budget, and location. Book verified appointments onto contractor calendars via our CRM. Follow up fast — speed to lead is everything.
The leads: Primarily inbound from our paid ads (Meta, YouTube). When inbound slows down, you'll work cold lead lists we provide. Either way, you'll never run out of people to call.
Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable). Clear phone voice, quiet workspace, reliable internet. Comfortable making 100-200+ calls/day. Self-motivated. Full-time, 40 hrs/week. CRM experience a plus (we use GoHighLevel).
Earnings potential at $10/appt: 3 appts/day → $1,160/month 5 appts/day → $1,600/month 8 appts/day → $2,260/month
