WHO WE ARE
Orayn Digital Agency is a Nigerian-founded web development company that builds professional websites for local businesses, restaurants, salons, clinics, hotels, boutiques, and SMEs. We do not wait for businesses to come to us. We research them, build their website before they ask, and then sell it to them. By the time you make contact with a prospect, their website is already live.
YOUR ROLE
You will claim leads from our internal CRM platform (MarketZone), contact business owners by phone or WhatsApp, share the pre-built demo website we have already created for them, and close the deal. That is the job. No prospecting. No cold sourcing. Leads and demo sites are provided.
COMPENSATION
This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no base salary, no monthly stipend, no advance, and no upfront payment of any kind required from you.
Commission rates:
— 25% of the agreed deal value for deals closed within the listed price range
— 30% of the full deal value for deals closed above the listed price range
Service tier price ranges:
— Starter: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000
— Business: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000
— Premium: ₦600,000 – ₦1,000,000
— Platform: ₦1,500,000 and above
Example earnings:
— 2 Starter deals at ₦250,000 = ₦125,000
— 3 Business deals at ₦450,000 = ₦337,500
— 1 Premium deal at ₦800,000 = ₦200,000
Commissions are paid on the 1st of every month for deals closed and fully paid in the previous month. There is no cap on how much you can earn.

REQUIREMENTS
— Strong spoken and written English
— Confident, professional communicator
— Comfortable with cold calling and WhatsApp outreach
— Self-motivated and disciplined, leads have a 48-hour claim window
— Must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection
— Sales experience is an advantage but not required
— Must be based in Nigeria
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
— Anyone who requires a fixed monthly salary
— Anyone who is not comfortable with commission-only pay
— Anyone not willing to make outbound calls and WhatsApp messages daily
