Responsibilities:
- Source CDL Class A drivers
- Search resumes on Indeed and LinkedIn
- Search Facebook trucking and CDL groups
- Build candidate spreadsheets
- Organize candidate pipelines
- Collect candidate contact information
- Assist with recruiting research
Current hiring markets:
- Denver, CO
- Kansas City, MO
- Chester, NY
Requirements:
- Strong internet research skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
- Transportation or CDL recruiting experience is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
Part-time remote opportunity.
Project-based.
10–20 hours per week to start.
