Responsibilities

  • This is a high-volume calling role. You will face frequent rejection. If you are uncomfortable hearing 'no' 50+ times a day, this position is not for you.
  • Initiate outbound B2B cold calls to shipping managers and logistics directors at US manufacturing, construction, and distribution companies.
  • Introduce our freight services effectively to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique value propositions.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss our services and close deals.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze call metrics and performance data to continuously enhance your approach and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of outbound B2B cold calling experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Neutral English accent to ensure clear and effective communication with US clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
  • Availability during US Pacific business hours to align with client needs.

  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Salary: $5-$8/hr The base is $5–$8 an hour, but we also have a performance bonus structure for appointments set and deals closed.
