We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Sales Assistant to join our team remotely. In this part-time role, you will leverage various online tools to identify and engage with real estate agents, setting up calls and in-person meetings to drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Utilize online research tools to identify potential real estate agents for outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate calls and in-person meetings with targeted agents.
- Maintain organized records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings with agents.
