ABOUT THE ROLE
StoryboardArt trains storyboard artists to get hired by major studios. We already have a copywriter, video editor, and tech support. We need a marketing operator who loves systems and AI tools to run the engine.
Your job: turn our videos, webinars, and student wins into consistent content and simple funnels using AI, and keep the marketing machine moving every week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage a simple content calendar (YouTube, shorts, email, IG).
- Take long-form content (webinars, lessons) and, using AI, turn it into:
- Video titles, hooks, descriptions
- Shorts ideas and rough scripts
- Email drafts and social captions
- Coordinate with:
- Video editor (for final cuts / shorts)
- Copywriter (for polishing copy)
- Tech (for landing pages, tags, basic automations)
- Maintain a weekly marketing checklist so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Track basic metrics (views, watch time, clicks, booked calls) and report weekly.
- Document all AI workflows (prompts, checklists, Looms) so they can be repeated.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- 2+ years in digital marketing / content ops (agency or info/education a plus).
- Hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT/Claude/ VSCode (or similar) for content, plus at least one of: Descript, Opus, Pictory, VEED, or CapCut.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing tasks in tools like Asana / Trello / ClickUp / Notion.
- Proven examples of:
- Turning long-form content into multi-platform pieces, and
- Hitting deadlines without hand-holding.
- Experience with Meta / YouTube ads asset prep.
- Basic familiarity with email tools and simple funnels.
ROLE DETAILS
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) with at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific.
- Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month depending on experience.
- Type: Long-term role (not project-based, not agency).
TO APPLY (FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY)
- Respond to the job post. In your message, answer briefly:
- Link to 2 pieces of content (channels or campaigns) you operated and what you did.
- Describe one AI workflow you currently use in marketing (tools + steps).
- List the tools you’ve actually used from this list: ChatGPT/Claude, Descript, Opus, Pictory, CapCut, Canva, Zapier/Make, GoHighLevel.

- A simple content system you’ve built (even for a past client/yourself).
- How you used AI inside that system.
Applications without answers, and Loom will not be considered.
