Real Estate Photo Editor - Remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team in a Remote capacity. This part-time role requires a commitment of approximately 3 hours per day to ensure the highest quality of real estate images through effective editing and quality control.
What You'll Do
- Cull through daily images taken by the photographer to select the best shots for editing.
- Utilize an AI editing tool to enhance images efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on edited images to ensure they meet our standards.
- Review the daily schedule to confirm all photos are uploaded as planned.
- Communicate with the photographer regarding any missing materials, such as floor plans, videos, or Matterport links.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in photo editing, preferably in real estate or a similar field.
- Familiarity with AI editing tools and standard photo editing software.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage daily schedules and tasks.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with photographers and team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Matterport or similar 3D visualization tools.
- Knowledge of real estate photography standards and practices.
