We are seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for a Remote position at EaseClose. What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to US real estate leads.
- Qualify leads, set appointments, and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Manage leads and activity in CRM systems (HubSpot, Brivity, or similar).
- Support inside sales from the first touch to booked appointments.
- Meet daily call and appointment-setting targets to drive success.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of remote work experience with US companies.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate cold calling or inside sales.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Comfort with US business culture and time zones.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
- Experience with CRM systems is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience in transaction coordination.
