Position: Cold Caller
Salary: Up to $7/hr
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Working Hours: 10 AM to 2 PM UK Time
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
- Introduce the company’s services clearly and confidently to generate interest
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and identify potential opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging
- Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets

- Have excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Be highly disciplined, consistent, and target-driven
- Be reliable with strong time management and accountability
- Have a positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection
Must-have qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel / GHL)
- Familiarity with Leadforge or similar lead generation tools
- Strong English communication skills (neutral or clear accent)
- Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Additional, nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience working with UK-based clients or markets
